
Visa Information
All international delegates attending the 18th Asia Oceania Congress of Nuclear Medicine and Biology (AOCNMB) & 3rd SSNMMI International Conference, taking place in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, from 4–6 December 2026, may require a visa to enter the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This applies to all categories of international delegates, including invited speakers, presenters, registered participants, exhibitors, and general attendees.
Participants are advised to check their visa eligibility and complete the appropriate application process well in advance of the Congress.

Travelers from eligible countries may apply online for a Saudi tourist eVisa through the official Visit Saudi eVisa Portal.
The online application generally requires:
A valid passport
A recent personal photograph
Personal and travel information
Online payment of the applicable visa fees

All submitted abstracts undergo a strict double-blind peer-review process managed by our international scientific committee. Accepted papers will be published in the official congress proceedings and indexed accordingly.
Late submissions will automatically be deferred to the following cycle.
Authors of highly-rated abstracts will be invited to deliver oral presentations during the plenary sessions.
